A: All of our suits are limited edition and released as SECURED PRESALE. These products undergo a 12-step assembly process beginning after your order has been placed. This process takes around 12-16 weeks to complete and ship on average.

Q: WHAT DOES READY-TO-SHIP MEAN?
A: READY-TO-SHIP products are in stock and ready for immediate shipping, taking 3-7 business days on average.

Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
A: Since most of our suits are officially licensed and limited edition products we do not restock. Each design is released at a limited quantity and once sold out you will not get another chance to get them. We try to focus on new designs or updated versions of the same character rather than restocking past designs.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER & RECEIVE A REFUND?
A: You are eligible for a full refund at any point of the process before fulfillment and your suit will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Since our suits are limited edition and limited quantity you may not be able to get the suit again.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO UPDATE MY ORDER (SIZE, ADDRESS, ETC.)?
A: We can update your order at any point before fulfillment has begun. Once an order is in the process of being packed at our warehouse or has been assigned a courier we are unable to change anything at that point.

Q: WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?
A: All discounted products are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you can list your final sale products on our Reborn site, a resell marketplace where customers sell suits to each other. You can find the Reborn site here.

Q: WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A: We ship worldwide! You can see shipping rates and options at checkout after entering your address.

Q: WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
A: We offer a 30 day warranty. If any part of the Supersuit fails due to a manufacturer defect within that time we will replace it if possible or offer alternative reimbursement. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or other damage caused on your end.

Q: IS SUPERX BASED IN THE USA?
A: Yes! Our warehouse is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA

Q: DO YOU OFFER SIZE EXCHANGES?
A: Yes, if something does not fit as expected we offer free size exchanges as long as the product meets our return requirements. These requirements and our returns portal can be found here. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a size exchange will be available for Presale products since they are limited edition and limited quantity and may be sold out.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. If an order is returned for a refund we will deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount and will not be able to refund the original order shipping fee either. Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A: Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used or as store credit. Due to security concerns, we are unable to issue refunds to any other payment method not connected to the original order.
