These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the SuperX Tumbler Sweepstakes website and related promotional features operated by SUPERX Apparel LLC, doing business as SuperX.

By accessing or participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Official Giveaway Rules.

 

1. Participation

Participation is voluntary and free.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing SuperX products will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility, entry limits, prize details, and winner selection procedures are governed by the Official Giveaway Rules.

2. Entry Information

Participants agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting an entry.

Entries associated with false information, fraudulent identities, automated submissions, or other prohibited conduct may be disqualified in accordance with the Official Rules.

Participants are responsible for maintaining access to the email address provided during entry.

 

3. Referral Program

Participants may not:

• Misrepresent the Giveaway or its prizes.

• Use deceptive advertising or misleading claims to generate entries.

SuperX may investigate suspicious referral activity and invalidate entries obtained through prohibited conduct.

 

4. Bonus Entry Activities

Additional entries may be available through optional activities displayed on the Giveaway website.

These activities may include visiting designated pages, interacting with SuperX social media profiles, or sharing a referral link.

Bonus entries are subject to the requirements, limitations, and verification procedures described in the Official Rules.

 

5. Email and SMS Communications

SuperX may use the email address provided to deliver Giveaway-related notices, including entry confirmations and potential winner notifications.

Promotional email and SMS communications are subject to applicable law and the consent or preference choices provided during signup.

Providing a phone number and consenting to promotional text messages are optional and are not conditions of Giveaway participation.

SuperX makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the Giveaway website.

However, temporary interruptions, maintenance, network issues, and technical errors may occur.

SuperX reserves the right to investigate and address technical issues in accordance with the Official Rules and applicable law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All SuperX-owned website content, graphics, trademarks, designs, and promotional materials remain the property of SuperX or their respective rights holders.

Third-party trademarks, characters, and intellectual property featured in the Giveaway remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable rights and permissions.

Participation does not grant any ownership or license to such intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not interfere with the operation or security of the Giveaway website, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate entry tracking, or engage in conduct that violates applicable laws.

SuperX may take reasonable steps to prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Relationship to Official Rules

The Official Giveaway Rules govern eligibility, entry methods, prize awards, winner selection, and all other Sweepstakes-specific matters.

If these Terms & Conditions conflict with the Official Giveaway Rules, the Official Giveaway Rules will control with respect to the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law.

 

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable United States law and, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is legally organized or principally operates, as specified in the finalized Official Rules.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
